Visited Herb and Sandra in Malborough Sounds. Nice place! Low on petrol by the time I arrived, scrounged an extra 10 litres for the trip back.

Borrowed Max (Andi's friend's dog). Lunch at Akaroa. Walked the Port Hills.

Toured the Macs brewery. Drove down to Lyttelton. Staying with Andi.

Climbed 1200 metres up Mt Cedrick and co to Angelus hut. Magnificant views!

Brrr! Cold, snowing when we woke up. Walked up the hill to Lake Constance in all our cold weather gear. Justified all the clothing which weighs so much.
